Search : "Dancing Beagle"

I got inspired by my own post heading (shake it like a fat beagle!) and googled "dancing beagle" hoping to find a cute video/ pic to attach to the post. Ended up with no video/pic but an interesting URL and the knowledge that there's a bar in whistler called the savage beagle and apparently it's damn popular but of course I never knew about it cos:

1) I walk looking down at my feet so i don't slip on snow or step on dog poop, it's amazing how many people bring dogs to the mountains, the doggie vest trade in canada must be quite lucrative -alternative career choice if medicine doesn't work out

2) I don't go clubbing/pubbing- matter of principle for me and jo, my lebels capt

3) Drinking age limit is 21 in canada. 'Nuff said. No wonder the teenage pregnancy rates are so high. Teens have to do something, right?

Just came home from an afternoon of solid mugging at the sci lib. Lovely place filled with psychotic prcs who talk/snigger to themselves and hawk at their laptop. There was another one whom I thought was schizo too until I realised that he was surrounded by other prcs who were persuading him in no uncertain terms to join them for some anonymous prc activity, and this went on for so long it precipitated an urgent desire to pee, so I went off and left poor F_ to endure their evil murmurings alone. Also an irritating junior, was just thinking how funny it'd be if he ever became a HO under F_ when we're MOs next time. Mua ha ha. Marked down for tapping his feet, snapping his pen, making extraeneous noises and just being generally annoying.
That's the daily dilemma that faces F_ and I. On one hand is the comfort of sleeping in, not having to waste time on travelling, bathing, finding an eatery, etc. Not having other people around to disturb you. On the other hand, the home is perhaps too comfortable, and usually I end up napping and eating and wondering where the day went to, and resolving to study harder the next day. Finished cvs, resp and half of git so far. That's most of the big uns I suppose. Hoping to finish t&c by monday latest, then maybe read exam med on tues and wed. Oh yeah and those past year mcqs too. Yep. Sigh why do I ever bother to plan my studying when I've never EVER managed to stick to any of my study schedules since primary 1 ??? Doh. Sleepy now.
